Brad joined the Practice in 2025, bringing over 20 years’ experience in senior leadership roles within retail and private banking. Prior to joining the Practice, he spent his career within banking, where he led large distribution and client-facing teams across London. His background provided him with extensive experience in relationship management, delivering high-quality client outcomes, and supporting individuals and families with long-term financial decision-making.
Throughout his career, he has been motivated by helping people make informed, confident financial decisions. Transitioning into financial advice allowed him to focus fully on working directly with clients, supporting them with clear, structured, and personal financial planning tailored to their individual goals and circumstances. He is particularly driven by the opportunity to build long-term relationships and guide clients through different stages of life.
He specialises in core areas of financial planning, including investment planning, retirement planning, pensions and personal protection. His approach is focused on building robust, flexible financial plans that evolve as clients’ needs change, supported by regular reviews to ensure plans remain aligned with long-term objectives and attitude to risk.
His approach to clients is relationship-led and centred on trust. He takes the time to understand what truly matters to each client, simplifying complex financial matters and communicating clearly so clients feel informed and confident in their decisions. He believes that successful financial planning is built on long-term partnerships and advice that adds genuine value at every stage of the client journey.
He enjoys working with a broad range of clients, from those beginning to build wealth through to individuals and families planning for later life. He particularly values long-term relationships, where he can support clients as priorities evolve and help them adapt their financial plans accordingly.
Outside of work, he has a keen interest in current affairs and enjoys following Test cricket. He is a lifelong West Ham United supporter and still plays social football on Friday evenings when possible. He is also passionate about supporting local communities and has been actively involved in community engagement initiatives throughout his career.
